Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data SentriGuard collects and why, across three surfaces: the SentriGuard WordPress plugin, the SentriGuard License Server, and this website.

Security logs stay on your site

Audit log entries, integrity scan results, and login protection records are stored inside your own WordPress database. SentriGuard does not transmit security log content to any external service unless you explicitly configure an integration (for example, Telegram or email alerts).

License validation

If you activate a SentriGuard Pro license, the plugin communicates with the SentriGuard License Server to validate the license. This exchange includes only the minimum information required for validation: license key, site URL or installation identifier, and plugin version. It does not include your security logs, site content, or visitor data.

Optional integrations

Cloudflare, Telegram and Email integrations are optional and disabled by default. Enabling them means SentriGuard sends the specific data required for that integration to the corresponding third-party service (for example, an IP address to Cloudflare’s API for blocking, or an alert message to Telegram).

This website

This website does not use third-party advertising trackers. If you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, email, company, and project details) is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
